Account and support
Sign in to use the support chat in the lower corner of your workspace. Include the page, request ID, time and error message when reporting a problem. Keep passwords and authenticator codes out of support messages.
Research credits
A full backtest costs 1 credit. Generator work costs 5 credits per started minute, with a minimum of 5. Broker deployment costs 100 credits when confirmed. Failed paid research tasks are refunded. Check Billing & Credits for your ledger, balances and older activity.
Broker connection recovery
A running process does not prove your broker is online. When execution is blocked, open Live Monitor, check the selected account and server, refresh its connection and follow secure MetaApi setup if offered. Reconcile broker positions before resuming a deployment.

XauLab stores your account, subscription, credit transactions, saved strategies, completed backtest reports and support conversations. Research defaults and temporary workspace results also use browser storage scoped to your signed-in account.
Cloud MT5 setup forwards your trading credentials over HTTPS to the MetaApi connection service. Review the connection screen before submitting credentials. Contact signed-in support for account-data requests and the operator’s retention and privacy policies.
Trading risks
Backtests are simulated historical research. Published marketplace snapshots can differ from later tests, edited strategies and live execution. Data gaps, fees, slippage, spreads and broker contract settings affect results. Review enabled stop loss and take profit settings and validate execution on a demo account before using live funds.
Historical performance does not guarantee future returns. Trading can lose your capital. A published backtest is research evidence, not an investment recommendation.
